About Us

Aberdeen Islamic Asset Management Sdn Bhd (AIAMSB), received its license from the Securities Commission to be an Islamic Fund Manager in March 2009. AIAMSB is a wholly owned subsidiary of Aberdeen Asset Management Sdn Bhd. As a group, Aberdeen has been managing Shariah mandates for a number of years on a white label basis

The products that we offer currently are Shariah-compliant equities and sukuk for local and overseas institutional clients.

We have a dedicated team in Kuala Lumpur which is backed by the full resources of Aberdeen group. We adhere to Aberdeen’s proven investment style, with an additional in combination with the Shariah screening by an independent Shariah Adviser, Islamic Banking & Finance Institute Malaysia Sdn Bhd (IBFIM).
