Shariah Adviser

IBFIM is designated as an industry-owned and regulator-linked institute dedicated to developing human talent for the Islamic finance industry. Hitherto, IBFIM’s holistic approach and comprehensive services have served the industry as an Islamic finance solutions provider. IBFIM’s establishment is in line with Malaysia’s target to become a regional and international centre of Islamic finance. IBFIM promotes and facilitates the understanding and appreciation of the philosophy and principles of Islamic financial system.

IBFIM is registered with the Securities Commission to act as a Shariah Adviser for Shariah-based collective investment schemes and sukuk issuance. IBFIM is also involved in numerous Shariah-based private mandates as well as the Shariah Adviser for prominent Islamic REITs.
