Investment Teams

Our main operating divisions are in the UK, where equity and bond teams manage global and regional products except for Asian assets, which we manage from Singapore. Other Asian offices – Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur and Sydney – chiefly manage locally-sourced funds; Hong Kong and Shanghai provide marketing support to North Asia. In the US, our office in Philadelphia services North American institutional clients.

Islamic Equities Team

The Islamic Equities team consists of a dedicated group of investment professionals based in Kuala Lumpur.

This team is supported by the various equity investment professionals based in country offices globally. Portfolio decisions are made collectively, and we avoid cultivating ‘star’ managers. Cross-coverage of securities also increase objectivity and lessens reliance on individuals.

Sukuk Team

The Sukuk team consists of a dedicated group of investment professionals based in Kuala Lumpur.

They are supported by a globally resourced team of investment professionals located in London, Philadelphia, Singapore, Sydney and Bangkok.
